Search for Director of Alumni/ae Relations
This is a senior-level strategy and fundraising position with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the planning and implementation of events/programs, direct contact with alumni/ae that strengthens and increases annual giving, and assisting in building and sustaining a strong and continuing relationship with alumni/ae. Must have the ability to manage both people and operations and to understand that their work has a direct connection to the purpose, goals and strategies of the Seminary Relations Department. Position requires conscientiousness, proactivity and self-motivation; comfort in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to manage several multifaceted projects simultaneously and independently while also meeting deadlines. Must have a minimum of five years’ work experience either in a parish or academic seeting. Must have a valid driver’s license, proficiency with PC platform and standard applications. Position requires local, national and, on occasion, international travel. Evening and weekend work are required occasionally.

Search for Major Gift Officer
The Major Gift Officer are responsible for soliciting and securing gifts on behalf of Princeton Theological Seminary. Reporting to the Director of Development, they are frontline fundraisers and will focus on individual prospects. They will work collaboratively with other Seminary staff and participate in strategy development, working actively with the Seminary Relations team in creating and carrying out the overall operational and strategic plans for the Seminary Relations Department. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have a minimum of five years of successful fundraising experience. Successful candidates must be energetic, be able to set and meet goals, work well with deadlines, and be willing to travel. Candidates for the positions must be committed to the mission and values of Princeton Theological Seminary.
