Graduates report to the University Chapel at 3:15 p.m.

Tickets for the Graduation Ceremony

Each graduate will be offered 4 tickets, general admission, for the graduation ceremony in the Chapel of Princeton University.  They will be available in the Office of Student Relations and Senior Placement, beginning  April 25th.
** If you will not be using your tickets, we ask that you return your tickets to us.  They will be put into a ‘pool’, and offered to other students who are looking for additional tickets.   Likewise, if you are looking for addition tickets, we will put your name on our list, and the unused tickets will be offered as they become available.

Graduating Students Questionnaire

All M.Div, MA and Dual graduates are REQUIRED to fill out the Graduating Students Questionnaire from the Association of Theological Schools.  **Your graduation tickets will be withheld until you finish the survey!!    You can access the survey by clicking HERE, and following the instructions found on the website. 

Please give yourself 15 minutes to complete in order to successfully participate.
The following is the protocol for the online survey.

1. Pop up blocker must be disabled (directions are on the student manual attached)
2. Students need to complete entire questionnaire in one sitting.  You cannot leave the computer for a period of time or the computer will freeze.
3. Answer every question that relates to you.

We will also be sending this information to you by email. 

Attire for Graduatio

Although most graduates wear traditional academic garb (see Academic Regalia Flowchart), the following exceptions may be made: military personnel may wear full dress uniform; international students may wear traditional formal costume; masters' candidates may wear a pulpit robe instead of the academic gown.  Only PhD and DMin candidates may wear tams in lieu of mortarboards. 

All or part of the garb may be ordered through the office of Student Relations as a retainable from John Harden and Assoc. Samples of the retainable garb are available in room 204 in Templeton and order forms are available here. Deadline for ordering retainable academic garb is Friday, March 25th.  Cost of retainables is on the form.

John Harden and Associates will also be available with samples of pulpit robes for SALE, on Thursday February 17th, in the Office of Student Relations.  Robes range in price from $200 to $700, and are from Bentley and Simon.  Robes bought that day will receive a 10% discount.

Graduation AnnouncementsAll graduating students are offered 10 personalized Graduation Announcements, free of charge.  An order form can be found Here , and must be received in the Office of Student Relations and Senior Placement by March 25th.

Parking:  Free parking is available in University parking lots 10 and 10A, on Williams Street (just off of Washington Road) and the parking garage (lot 3) on Prospect Avenue near the Engineering Quad.  You may find a printable map here.

Send in name pronunciation form

Purchase Saturday buffet brunch tickets at the Kiosk or Aramark office

Pick up graduation tickets in Office of Student Relations & Senior Placement

Check final grades (M.Div., M.A., M.A.(T.S.) and Th.M.,) online

Schedule an exit interview with the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid

Return materials to the Seminary Libraries (including Reigner Reading Room)

Pay all outstanding bills to the Seminary – no later than May 6th.

Return forwarding address form to Office of Housing and Auxiliary Services

Pick up academic garb in Office of Student Relations & Senior Placement
