The Message Center is a repository in your My Pages context for certain messages sent through the portal. For example:
· You can sign up to receive Message Center notifications when there are new posts in a Blog or Forums portlet instance.
· Other members of the portal may send messages directly to your Message Center.
You can also use the Message Center to automatically sign in to an external e-mail account in a new browser tab.
